Policy
Opening of Classes

1. Purpose

This policy establishes the conditions required for the formation and confirmation of classes in our courses, aiming to ensure teaching quality, the economic viability of the course offering, and an effective learning experience for all students.

2. Conditions for Class Opening

2.1. Minimum Number of Students

The confirmation and opening of a class are subject to the enrollment of a minimum of 3 (three) students per class.

2.2. Maximum Number of Students

To ensure quality and individualized attention, each class will have a maximum limit of 6 (six) students.

3. Enrollment and Confirmation Process

3.1. Interest List Registration

Interested individuals may register on an interest list for the desired class through the website. This registration does not guarantee the immediate opening of the class, but it demonstrates interest and assists in the class formation process.

3.2. Class Confirmation

Once the minimum number of 3 (three) students has been reached on the interest list, our team will contact all registered individuals to confirm their interest and proceed with enrollment formalization and payment.

3.3. Start of Classes

The official start date of the classes will only be scheduled and communicated to all students after confirmation of the minimum required enrollment and completion of the registration process.

4. Special Situations

4.1. Class Not Confirmed

If the minimum number of students is not reached within a specified period, the class will not be confirmed. Registered applicants will be notified and may choose to:

a) Receive a full refund of any amount paid as a reservation fee.
b) Be transferred to another available class, subject to seat availability.
c) Wait for a new opening date.

4.2. Remaining Vacancies

Classes that have already been confirmed and are in progress may accept new students until the maximum number of 6 (six) students is reached, provided that seats are available and the teacher determines that the new student will be able to follow the course content.

5. Changes and Cancellations

The institution reserves the right to postpone the start of a class or reassign students between classes if necessary to comply with the criteria established in this policy, always ensuring prior and transparent communication with all parties involved.
